Commentary:
When to use たる
Vたる is commonly used with somebody you're on good terms with, such as between friends or a parent and a child.
Request Vたって and report Vたって
In Kansai-ben, depending on the intonation, Vたって can be used as either a request or to report something. Vたって with a flat intonation is used as a request; with falling intonation it is used as to report something.
Vたって and requests for the speaker's own sake
Unlike the analogous for in standard Japanese, in Kansai-ben Vたって can be used in requests for the speaker's own sake.
